Shipping Policy

Most in-stock are shipped same or next day from our warehouse

Please note:

  • You will be fully responsible for shipping fees due to any address request change made after your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Zones and Fulfill Time: Free Ground Shipping: 48 US contiguous states only (Norh America) England Island (UK)
  • Handling Time: One Business Day. All orders placed after 12 Noon will be shipped the next day.
  • Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
  • We do not support delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
  • Same Day Shipping: All orders places by 12 Noon PST will be shipped the same day.
  • Delivery: 5-10 business days.(Standard Shipping),2-3 Days (Expedited Shipping )
  • Residential Addresses: All deliveries to residential addresses must accompany a contact phone number. The freight company will make an appointment with the customer before delivery. Delays are possible if a phone number is not provided.
  • PO Box Addresses: We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Order Tracking

As we receive shipping information about your item we will email it to you, this will include any known delays in the shipment of the item due to a backorder, if the status is "shipped", we will e-mail you a tracking number with a link which you can click on to see where the package is in transit, alternatively, you can go to the DHL,UPS or FEDEX we sites to see where the package is in transit, Please enter your tracking number in the box provided and select the track button on the screen, if you place an order over the phone we will notify you when the item has shipped or is due to ship if it is not in stock.

Cancel an order
If you cancel an order, in whole or in part, then the details about what was restocked and refunded will be stored in the order's.

To cancel an order:

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Orders
  2. Click the number of the order that you want to cancel
  3. Click Cancel order
  4. Select the reason for cancellation from the drop-down menu
